Eventually arrived at Prestatyn. The walk still had a last little surprise for us as right at the very last point we had to climb up to the top of a cliff and back down again. Mickey actually ran the last bit - we were pretty pleased to arrive.
So eventually we arrived at the coast where Offa's Dyke trail start and our walk ended.
Traditionally you are supposed to take off you boots and run into the sea! I must say it was pretty good to arrive at he coast as you could see it in the distance right from day 1 and you really felt that you had got somewhere when you arrived. Job done and very enjoyable it was too!
